A Simple Process

  1. First, make sure you are subscribed to our investment alerts.  This is the only way you’ll be notified of upcoming deals.
  2. If you are interested in a property, follow the instruction in the alert email – typically you will need to call me to get an address and showing instructions.
  3. You will need to read all instructions and disclosures associated with the property and agree to these before making an offer.

What You Need To Know

  1. If you are interested in the property, email our Disposition Manager at info@slingequity and we will provide the exact address
  2. If you are interested in buying the property, let our Disposition Manager know and we will send a link to your email to submit your offer.
  3. Cash or hard money only
  4. You are responsible for your own due diligence and comps
  5. Buyer will pay all closing costs and title insurance
  6. Agents welcome – add your fee to the price
